As I go into the last year of my 40’s this month, I have been reflecting on the lessons from this decade. I have transformed my body, transitioned my career and trained my mindset. It’s been quite a journey – and I didn’t do it alone. I had family, coaches and friends in my corner, supporting me and believing in me. Even people I don’t personally know but who inspired me with their successes, their authenticity and their words of wisdom have helped me to become the person I am today. I’ve reached many of my goals this decade and I have so many more to keep working on! In effort to pay it forward, I am sharing the top 40 quotes that have helped me navigate this decade.
